HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

UK orders - this depends on the weight, quantity and size of the items ordered.  When you add your item to the cart, it will automatically calculate your shipping cost.  For very large items we specify collecting from our workshop, please get in touch with us should you wish for your item to be delivered in this instance.
 
International orders - please contact us directly for shipping costs.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?

All of our products are made to order.  We aim to deliver your items within 14 working days (UK) and up to 28 working days (international).

CAN I PICK MY ITEMS UP IN PERSON?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We will be delighted to show you our full workshop and pick your order up at the same time.  Please contact a member of our staff to arrange this.

WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD EQUIPMENT COLOUR OPTIONS?

Our standard colours are: black, blue, red, green, yellow and white.
As part of our bespoke service, we can offer a full range of colours.  Contact a member of our team with your specific colour choice/ral number.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Accepted Answer

When you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email detailing your items.  If this does not reach your inbox, firstly check your junk mail.  If you still have no confirmation, contact us and we will help you.
