Terry Hollands is a British Strongman, competing at England's Strongest Man, Britain's Strongest Man, Europe's Strongest Man and World's Strongest Man.

Terry has had a varied sporting career, starting with playing rugby for Harlequins before getting into Strongman, and also focusing on bodybuilding for a short time in 2019. Throughout his Strongman career, Terry has been a regular athlete within World's Strongest Man, finishing in the final 9 times.

Jack is a renowned English Rugby Union player, winning his first England cap in 2020 whilst playing in the back row for Wasps in the Gallagher premiership. He has already won numerous awards including the premiership "Player of the season" 2019/20.

Having suffered a serious knee injury in February whilst playing for England in the Guinness Six Nations, Jack has been focusing on getting back to full health, whilst documenting his recovery on social media through his rebuild series.

Throughout his career, Mark has broken many world records including Rolling Thunder, Deadlift, Dinnie Stone Hold and Hercules Hold, making him famous for his grip strength. 

 

Mark originally trained as a bodybuilder, moving into strongman in 2003 when the gym he trained at suggested he should compete. He is now known as “The Miracle” due to his continued success competing at 55 years old.

Lucy is a British Strongwoman competitor, competing at UKs Strongest Woman and due to compete at World's Strongest Woman next year.

Starting her sporting career in Discus Throwing and competing at an international level, Lucy then went into Strongwoman 3 years ago, and has since won various competitions and hit her massive Deadlift World Record in May 2021.

Mark is  British Disabled Strongman Competitor, claiming the titles of World's Strongest Disabled Man 2020 and Britain's Strongest Disabled Man 2021.

After suffering life changing injuries at war and losing the use of his right arm in 2010, Mark has adapted his training and ability using his moto, Mind over Body - pushing himself and others, showing anything is possible.
