Info if you are participating

Arrive at 9am

Everyone participating must have a 30 minute safety training course before being able to go on the tracks. Please be aware that if you do not have this training you will not be able to compete on the day.

Competitors must always wear hi-vis when on the tracks, which will be provided on the day.

You will not be allowed to wear trainers or rock climbing boots, competitors must wear suitable boots for safety requirements.

There will be a ladder system set up on the tracks in order to help aid competitors when pulling the train, instead of a rope, with each run being approx 250mm.

There will then be a 6 man platform for the team pull.
