Safety spotter arms are a must have when training alone in a home gym. They allow you to workout and build muscle without the threat of injury. Our spotter arms come with with 23mm holes, but we can also fabricate bespoke options. Supplied as a pair, they feature a heavy duty design for maximum safety.
